About Elizabeth Robinson
Elizabeth B. Robinson, MD, FACS, graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree from Duke University and received her Medical Degree at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, GA. She trained as a resident in general surgery at Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, TX. Dr. Robinson has been serving patients at Jack Hughston Memorial Hospital since 2006.
Dr. Robinson is board certified by the American Board of Surgery. She is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and a member of the Medical Association of the State of Alabama.
While at Jack Hughston Memorial Hospital, Dr. Robinson has served as the Chief of Surgery, Vice Chief of Staff, Chief of Staff, Director of Student Medical Education at Auburn Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine (VCOM) and Faculty Preceptor for VCOM.
