Where can my family wait while I am having my procedure?
There is a waiting area on the 2nd floor of the hospital, equipped with complimentary coffee, a television and reading material. Our hospital is equipped with WiFi service for the convenience of our patients. There are also several other waiting areas throughout the hospital. Our staff is friendly and ready to help you and your family.

When can my family visit me while I am in the hospital?
Visiting hours are from 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM. The main lobby doors will lock at 5:00 PM. After 5:00 PM, all visitors will enter through the ER entrance.

What are the hours of the café?
Breakfast is from 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM, lunch is from 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM and dinner is from 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM (Monday – Friday). The café is closed on Saturday and open for breakfast & lunch on Sunday (Breakfast 8 – 9 AM, Lunch 11 AM – 2 PM).

Is there a gift shop?
Yes, Sarah’s Gift Shop is located on the main floor of the hospital. They sell flowers, gifts, beverages and snacks. All profits of Sarah’s Gift Shop go to The Sarah Hardaway Hughston Scholarship Fund, which benefits Jack Hughston employees in furthering their or their children’s educations.

Is the hospital on Eastern or Central Time?
The hospital is on Eastern Time.

How will my family members eat during my stay?
Your nurse, dietary representative or concierge will be happy to set up a guest tray service. This is a tray for breakfast, lunch and dinner that will be delivered to your room. There is a fee for each tray. Ask about this service once you are assigned to your hospital room. Your guest may also enjoy a visit to our café, located on the main floor of the hospital. The café is open Monday–Friday for breakfast, lunch and dinner and on Sundays for lunch.
