About Cameron Kersey
Dr. Kersey is a board certified radiologist who specializes in musculoskeletal imaging. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in microbiology at the University of Georgia, Athens, Georgia, and earned his medical degree at the Mercer University School of Medicine in Macon, Georgia. Dr. Kersey completed his internship and his radiology residency at Baptist Health Systems, in Birmingham, Alabama. While at Baptist Health Systems, he became Chief Resident of Radiology. Dr. Kersey was fellowship trained in musculoskeletal radiology at Emory University. Although musculoskeletal radiology is a large part of his practice, his training and experience also includes general and interventional radiology, with a focus on pain management and spine interventions, including cervical and lumbar epidural injections, selective nerve root blocks, facet injections, joint injections, and kyphoplasty.
Certified by the American Board of Radiology in diagnostic radiology, he is a member of the American College of Radiology, Society of Skeletal Radiology, Medical Association of Georgia, and the Muscogee County Medical Society.
